Keep login data on your network
When you need full control over where your login details live, run automations on a PC you control. Running on the desktop app keeps your login and session data — including the browser cookies that keep you signed in — on your own hardware and network, which is useful when data privacy, ownership, or residency rules apply.
For other login methods, see Google Sheet steps, sessions, saved credentials, 2FA, or password managers.
Use a PC you control
Run automations from a PC that you own and that is connected to your own network, for example one in your workplace.
Use the desktop app
Install the axiom.ai desktop app on the PC and run your automations from it. Your login and session data, including the cookies that keep you signed in, stays on the machine. axiom.ai only sends account information and run metadata such as start time and duration; the sites you sign in to and the data you process stay on your own network.
Automate the login
When you run an automation in the desktop app, it shares the browser cookie automatically and you stay signed in. The cookies are double-encrypted and never leave your machine.
What this gives you
- Your login and session data never leaves your network.
- Session cookies are stored and used only on your own hardware.
- You keep full ownership of the data you process.
- The machine stays under your physical control.
- Session data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- The setup meets common data privacy and residency requirements.
