Frequently asked questions
How does runtime work?
Runtime is the total amount of time that all your automations can run each month. The available runtime varies by subscription tier, and unused runtime does not roll over to the next month.
Do you only support Puppeteer?
Currently we support Puppeteer and Playwright, and we’ll be expanding to other languages soon. If you need support for another language, reach out at support@axiom.ai.
Is my data private?
We do not duplicate or store customer data processed by their automations. We only store Axiom user data, such as email and runtime usage.
What type of proxy?
We currently offer data center proxies for Ultimate users only, and we’ll be integrating residential proxies soon.
Do you use customer data on to train AI?
We do not use any data to train AI, nor do we share it with AI companies.

Give it the full 2 hours before making a decision. It comes across at first as a little different than what one would expect. There is not a traditional app, its all in this extension.
